It was late 80`s, calm voices of the kitchen talks
Bacame a little bit more certain, potatoes were cooked in the pots
And roaches were peeking through the ventilation gates
Kings of the kitchens waiting for the time to shit on our plates

The wall had fallen, on the kitchen tables sausages appeared
But cunning insects sated by the sweets from over the sea
Became even more strong and two state channels on TV
Were pulling propaganda wool over our eyes bending our ears
While we eagerly turned back libraries to the churches

Roaches disappeared not because the microwaves
They can't stand when we clean up our houses and our brains

Now we can protest against, we can sing and dance
At the ruins of empire
Crushing old monuments, peeing over the fance
Burning flags on fire

In the shadows of the fading era the enemy is still hides
We celebrate the victory, the dawn seemed not far off
They are still right here, dressed up and disguised
Shitting on our plates, manipulating us

Roaches disappeared not because the microwaves
They can't stand when we clean up our houses and our brains

They afraid of the freedom of speech
They afraid of the purity of thoughts
They afraid of the raising awareness
They afraid to be exposed and being caught
